🍂 This fall, orchids are blooming once again at the Franz Mayer Museum!
🌸
As every year, together with the Mexican Orchidology Association (AMO), we present the traditional Orchid Exhibition and Sale, this time dedicated to the species that bloom during the season, many of which are endemic to states such as Mexico, Michoacán, Guerrero, Oaxaca, Chiapas, and Veracruz.
This exhibition honors Franz Mayer’s passion for orchid care and collecting, a love that led him to become a founding member of the Association, and which remains alive in some of the specimens you can still admire in our central cloister.
From November 8th to 16th, we invite you to stroll through the cloister, learn more about orchid cultivation and conservation, and take part in a program of talks, activities, and workshops accompanying this year’s edition.
🎟️ Remember! Your ticket to the exhibition-sale also includes:
